Saturday November 22nd

A cold but lovely day today for the wedding of Jill & Mark that was held at Quedon Hall, Parklands near Saffron Walden in Essex. The country mansion is set in a fabulous dear park that dates back to the Norman Conquest. Even though it was very cold we ventured out under a clear blue sky for the photos.

Saturday November 8th

After the rain came the sunshine for the wedding of Paula & Edward. From the brides preps to the first dance a great day! The ceremony was held in Harlton village church, near Cambridge with the reception in a transformed old barn in the grounds of the families farm in Harlton. What a transformation it was as well - I saw the old barn before Edward set to work on it. It's obvious to all at the wedding how happy Edward & Paula are and the whole day was such fun and so much laughter.

Saturday November 1st

The wedding of Emma & Gareth took place at the Hotel Felix in Cambridge with the ceremony being held at the same venue. A bit of a wet day again but we did venture outside for the photos and were finished just as the rain poured! A lovely couple and many thanks to everyone.

Saturday October 25th

This was a rather wet and windy day for Kelly & Robert. Their ceremony took place at Farcet Church near Peterborough and then onto the Lady Ann Hotel in Stamford. Even though the weather could have been a bit better we still braved the elements and did some great photos.

Saturday October 18th

The wedding of Sarah & Ian took place at Great Wilbraham Church with the reception being held at Great Wilbraham Hall Barn - both close to Cambridge. A full day for me again. The Bride was so relaxed in the morning - and all day for that matter! Both Sarah & Ian were great to work with. Oh! - I'll get clobbered if I don't mention the Doe Tripple D tractor that transported the bridal party from the church to the reception venue.

Setember 5th - 15th

At last - a holiday! I've finally managed to fit in a short break with my family after quite a few years without one. We're off to Sunny Spain and a Finca in the Adalucian Mountains. See you when I get back :-)

Wednesday October 1st

Mid-week weddings don't happen that often. Todays wedding is that of Clare & John being held in the Chapel at Christ's College - Cambridge. A small wedding but a lovely one and may I thank everyone for being so helpful.

Sunday September 28th

A Sunday wedding! I started my day at Buckden Church - near Huntingdon for the wedding of Jo & William. After a lovely ceremony with a very happy bride & groom we then moved onto Longstowe Hall where the lovely Mrs Bevan looks after everyone so well. The hall and the grounds make for some amazing photos.

Friday September 26th

Todays wedding is that of Lynn & Ashley being held at the beautiful Hanbury Manore in Hertfordshire. I really enjoyed today! Being with the bride from early on in the morning right the way through to the first dance. A gorgeous sunny day and a Bride, Groom, wedding party and guests that were all a pleasure to work with.
